- One way the Foundation strives to realize this vision is by offering education and support in the areas of financial stewardship and leadership to United Methodist congregations, clergy, and laity throughout the Western PA and Susquehanna Annual Conferences.

Pastors’ Leadership Academy for Stewardship Formation
A multi-year study of stewardship with the goal of enhancing pastoral leadership in the area of Christian stewardship and financial literacy.

The Empowered Church Project
A training opportunity designed to empower laity to lead the churches of our Connection in the ever-changing landscape of congregational life. The Empowered Church Project can be deeply beneficial to churches who want to “ramp up” their ministry to the next level or those who are experiencing challenge due to cultural shifting, the effects of the pandemic, or the dynamics within our Connection. It will provide the opportunity for church leaders to “dream dreams and see visions” anew as we face the future.
