Making a Deposit to your Account
To make a deposit to your account please download a Deposit Form and complete the required information. Deposits in the form of a check can be mailed to our office to be credited to your account and a receipt mailed to you. Units will be assigned to a deposit by dividing the fair market value of the deposit by the unit value. Please be sure to note your account number on the reference line of your check.
Courtesy Stock Sale
The Foundation will assist account holders and donors with the transfer and sale of stock to benefit United Methodist Ministries. Once the shares have been received by the Foundation they will be sold, per the instructions of the donor, and the proceeds either remitted to the ministry of the donor's choice, or deposited in a church or agency's account at the Foundation.

Withdrawals
Funds are valued daily, meaning that a withdrawal can be requested by an account holder at any time in line with that account holder's own procedures and guidelines. To request a withdrawal, complete our Withdrawal Request Form and return it to our office via USPS or, for faster processing time, email to info@umfoundation.org. Withdrawals will be generally be processed within 10-14 business days of a request being received in our office.
All withdrawal requests must have two authorized signatures in order to be processed. Those signatures must match the authorized signers on file for your organization at the Foundation office. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that authorized signers are kept current on file at the Foundation.
